Onboarding and creating your account

Think of your Fiverr Pro account as the command center for all your work on Fiverr. It's designed to help teams and businesses manage projects efficiently. With Fiverr Pro, you can easily:

  • Track all your orders in one place.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members.
  • Use a shared payment method for all your purchases.

Signing up for Fiverr Pro (If you are new to Fiverr)

If you don't have a regular Fiverr account yet, here's how to create a Fiverr Pro account:

  1. Go to the Fiverr Pro landing page and click "Join Fiverr Pro."
  2. Choose to sign up with your Google account or another email address.
  3. Fill in your first name, last name, desired username, and create a password. Click "Create my Fiverr Pro account."
  4. Answer a few quick questions about your business and then click "Done". You're all set!

If you already use Fiverr and want to upgrade to Fiverr Pro:

  1. On the Fiverr Pro landing page, click "Join Fiverr Pro."
  2. You'll be asked to confirm your existing email address. Click "Continue."
  3. Answer a few questions about your business and click "Done."
  4. Your account is now a Fiverr Pro admin account! You can invite team members by going to your Profile Picture > Administration > Account Members > Invite Members.

Joining an existing Fiverr Pro account (as a Team Member or Billing Manager)

If the admin of a Fiverr Pro account has invited you to join:

Important: Don't create a separate Fiverr Pro account with the same email address. Only join through the invitation link sent by the admin.

  1. Click the invitation link in the email.
  2. Enter your first and last name, desired username, and password. Click "Create My Fiverr Pro Account" to join your Fiverr team.
  3. Enter your professional field and role, then click "Let’s start". The admin will receive a notification that you've joined.

Understanding switching back to regular Fiverr

Switching back to the standard Fiverr plan means you won't have the specific features of Fiverr Pro. Here's what you need to know:

Before you switch:

  • Make sure there are no ongoing orders within your team account.

What happens when you switch:

  • All team members will be removed from the account.
  • Any Fiverr Pro credits you have will be lost temporarily but will be restored if you upgrade to Pro again later.
  • Your past order history and messages will still be accessible on regular Fiverr.
  • If you were on a paid Fiverr Pro plan, you might be eligible for a partial refund depending on how long you've used it.
  • You will lose access to all the premium features of Fiverr Pro.

How to switch from Fiverr Pro to Fiverr:

  1. Go to your Admin Page (usually accessible through your profile).
  2. Click on "Account plan."
  3. Select the 'Switch plan' button.
  4. On the "Plans and Pricing" page, find the "Fiverr" plan and click "Switch."
  5. Confirm your decision to switch.
    • You can optionally provide a reason for leaving.

FAQs

 

  1. Why am I required to fill out my personal and business information when opening a Fiverr Pro account?
    We use the information you fill out when creating your Fiverr Pro account in order to show you personalized and relevant content for your business needs.

  2. Who can see the data I filled out when I create my Fiverr Pro account?
    Account members who you invite to your team can view the company name. Other than that, no one besides you can see the data you filled out when opening the Fiverr Pro account.

  3. What if I am a new user and don't have a Fiverr account at all?
    If you are a brand new user (Welcome!), you'll be asked for your business email, add your name, and choose your username and password. You will then be redirected to the onboarding process.

  4. What if I already have a Fiverr marketplace account but could benefit from having a Fiverr Pro account for my business needs?
    In this case, you have 2 options:

    • Merge the accounts by keeping the same email address. Your Fiverr orders and information will transfer to your new Fiverr Pro account.
    • Keep the accounts separate by continuing the onboarding process with a different email address.

If you have a freelancer account:

    • You can upgrade to Pro if you're no longer an active freelancer: Fiverr Pro is built for clients, especially professionals and business teams looking for top-tier services. If you’ve stopped freelancing and haven’t published or sold a Gig in the last 180 days, you can upgrade and get full access to Pro’s features. 
    • Active freelancers need to wait before upgrading: If you’ve created or sold a Gig in the past 180 days, you won’t be able to upgrade to Pro just yet. You’ll need to wait until 180 days of freelancer inactivity (no new gigs or orders as a freelancer), or you can register a new Pro account with a different email address.

Remember: If you are a freelancer, the only option is to have 2 accounts with two different email addresses.
