Use these guidelines to make the best of Fiverr Pro and show clients your skills.

Fiverr and Fiverr Pro profiles: What’s the difference? 

Freelancers will have 2 different profile modes—Fiverr and Fiverr Pro. When clients browse services on Fiverr Pro and click on your profile, they will see the the Fiverr Pro design. The Fiverr Pro freelancer profile aims to increase client trust and freelancer credibility—a win-win.

The ability to display your educational background and notable Pro clients can be a big advantage, so make sure to add and/or update the relevant information to the fields: Top clients, My portfolio, and top skills.

Setting up your Fiverr Pro profile

In this section, you can learn how to add or edit your profile information.

1. Add your Profile picture:

Personal info > Profile picture > Add image

To establish your credibility, show clients who you are by using a clear and professional photo of yourself.

My Portfolio > Create Project  > Upload your first Project > Complete details > Create new Project

When clients see so many Pro Freelancer profiles in the Marketplace, your profile’s (and the service you offer) attractiveness is determined quickly. If judged as “appealing,” clients are more likely to click on it and, as a result, spend more time exploring your service. 1. What are the differences between the marketplaces on Fiverr Pro and Fiverr.com?
   Fiverr marketplace
   The marketplace accommodates any freelancer with any service (Gig) that's deemed "appropriate" according to our Terms of Service and Community Standards.
   
   Fiverr Pro 
   The Fiverr Pro marketplace offers an exclusive and elite selection of highly professional and knowledgeable expert services to Pro clients. Fiverr Pro increases a freelancer’s chance to work with higher-end clients with ongoing needs and larger budgets.
   
   
2. Do I need to have both accounts (Fiverr and Fiverr Pro)?
   No, while freelancers only have one account, its presentation differs between the Fiverr marketplace and Fiverr Pro. This is because the freelancer profile is displayed differently in each platform.
   
   
3. How does a freelancer's Fiverr account become eligible to present on Fiverr Pro with a Pro display?
   This decision is based on a freelancer's recent quality performance and considers both high professional skill sets and outstanding deliverables. The Fiverr Pro catalog is regularly evaluated to make sure that quality performance indicators are met.
   
   In general:
   Fiverr Pro freelancers go “out of their way” to give their clients the best experiences in terms of communication and high-quality service. These freelancers are expected to deliver their best work and exceed the client’s expectations.
   
   
4. Can Fiverr remove me from Fiverr Pro?
   Freelancers in the Fiverr Pro catalog must comply with certain professional standards. Eligible freelancers whose services are included in the Fiverr Pro catalog will be regularly evaluated to ensure standards of high quality and professionalism.
   Fiverr reserves the right to remove freelancers and services from the Fiverr Pro catalog. Freelancers are requested to follow our Terms of Service and Community Standards. A violation may result in a warning or the closing of your Fiverr account.
   
   
5. Is there another platform for Fiverr Pro or is it on the same Fiverr platform I already know?
   No, there is no separate platform. Fiverr has one platform where you can have a general Fiverr account or a Fiverr Pro account.
   
   
6. I have edited my profile, how long does it take to update/show up on my Fiverr Pro profile?
   Part of the process of identifying eligible freelancers is verifying the information added by them. This is a manual process and the various elements on the profile may take a few weeks to be reviewed and approved.
