Once your freelancer has finished working on your order, the next step is to accept the delivery.
Note: As soon as a client accepts the delivery, the order will automatically be marked as Completed. |

How to accept a delivery
Note: After three days, your order will autocomplete if no actions are taken to accept, extend, or reject the freelancer's delivery. |
- Log in and click Orders.
- Click on the order title to open the order.
Note: You can access your deliveries in several ways, such as within your dashboard, emails, or notifications.
- On the Order page, either go to the Delivery tab or scroll down to find the delivery message.
- Next, you'll see the option to click Yes or No to answer the question: Are you pleased with the delivery and are you ready to accept it?
- If you are pleased and ready to accept it, click Yes to Approve the Final Delivery
- If you aren't pleased, click No, I'm not ready yet
Along with a text box to explain further why you selected I'm Not Ready Yet, you'll have options to select:-
I need a revision
This is if the freelancer needs to revise or change something with the delivery. -
I need more time to review
When you need more time to review the delivery.
Note: The client can add up to 5 days per delivery, and can make multiple requests.
Not all requests need to be submitted at once.

Resolution center
If you are dissatisfied with the delivery or need help resolving an issue, you can visit the Cancel an order with the resolution center.

I need a revision
- If you are pleased and ready to accept it, click Yes to Approve the Final Delivery
- Rate your experience and leave a public review(if you wish to do so).
Reviews can be provided up to 14 days after the order is marked as Complete. For programing & tech the time frame is 30 days to leave a review. Some SEO sub -categories will also allow 30 days.
Note: Your Private Rating of the delivery is anonymous and optional.

Public reviews
As a client, you can add or remove reviews with files for your public review.
A review with files is an image that appears on the freelancer's Live Portfolio and is available to the public.
The reviews with files shows up in the form of a thumbnail view of the freelancer's delivered work and is shown on their Live Portfolio within the Gig page.

Note: Freelancers don't have the option to remove reviews with files added to their Live Portfolios. If you accidentally accepted to display it, please contact Customer Support to remove it. |
How to tip your freelancer
If you are satisfied with the delivery, you can leave a tip once the order is marked as Completed.
Note: The tip option will stay open for thirty days after the order is complete.
After thirty days have passed, this option will no longer be available.
How to leave a tip
- Go to the Leave a Tip field and select an amount, or click Give a Custom Tip and enter a specific amount.
- In the message box, you can write a personal message to the freelancer.
- When you're ready, click Tip Now.
- Once you click Tip Now, the tip amount will be deducted from your Fiverr balance.
Note: If there is no money left in your Fiverr balance, you will be redirected to the Payment page.
