How can I extract the files that I have received?

After downloading the file, you will see it is a .zip file. This compresses the deliverables and allows you to receive the delivery in one organized folder. 

You can open and extract your logo files by using a computer, as some mobile devices can’t open and extract .zip files.

Unzipping Files on Mac:

1. Open the folder where you downloaded the .zip file. This is typically your Downloads folder.
2. Double-click the .zip file. It will automatically unzip (decompress) into the same folder.
3. Inside the newly created folder, you'll find all your ready-to-use logo deliverables.

Unzipping Files on Windows:

Option 1

1. Open the folder where you downloaded the .zip file (usually, this is your Downloads folder).
2. Right-click the .zip file containing your logos.
3. From the menu, select Extract all.
4. Select a destination folder where you want to extract the deliverables, and click Extract.
5. A new folder window will open, where you will find all of your ready-to-use logo deliverables.

Option 2

If you opened the .zip file directly from your browser, follow these next steps:

1. From the top menu of your deliverables folder, click Extract all.
2. Select the destination folder where you want to extract the deliverables. Click Extract.
3. In the new folder, you will find all of your ready-to-use logo deliverables.
