Will it affect my revenues or cancellation rate?
No, the cancellation of an order only due to buyer dissatisfaction will not affect your revenue from the order and will not count toward your cancellation rate.
How would I know if a client is buying on Fiverr Pro?
Find out if a client is Pro by checking if the Pro badge appears next to the client’s username in your Inbox messages. If the Pro client didn’t message you via Inbox but placed an order instead, in the early events of the Order page will display the message 'This user is a Fiverr Pro client'.
