How to earn points

Once you start earning points, you’ll see all qualifying orders in your Account activity tab.

• • One-time offer: Make your first order over $350: Earn 1,750+ points 

  • One-time offer when you place your next hourly order: Earn 100 points

  • Invite team members to your team account and earn points for their first order over $100: Earn 1,000+ points

  • Refer a colleague, and earn points after they place an order of $100+ in their new Fiverr Pro account: Earn 1,000+ points (coming soon)

• • Hire any Vetted Pro freelancers: Earn 5 points for every $1.

  • One-time offer when you place your next hourly order: Earn 100 points

  • Invite team members to your team account and earn points for their first order over $100: Earn 1,000+ points

Points conversion:

1. 1,500 points = $15 in Fiverr Credits
2. 4,000 points = $40 in Fiverr Credits, $25 in Gift cards/donations value

How to redeem your points for rewards

• All rewards tiers can redeem points for Fiverr Credits to use on your next order.
• Gold, Platinum, and Diamond accounts can redeem points for gift cards for you or your team members.
• Platinum and Diamond accounts can use their points to make an impact by donating to a charity from a pre-selected list.

Note: You need a minimum of 1,500 points to redeem Fiverr Credits, and a minimum of 4,000 points to redeem gift cards or make donations.

• 1. Go to the ‘Rewards and benefits’ tab on the program page. 

  2. Click on “Redeem credits.” 

  3. Enter the amount of points you want to redeem and click “Redeem [X] in credits.”

  4. You will receive a confirmation pop-up. 

  Note: Your credits will automatically apply during checkout on your next order!

• 1. Go to the ‘Rewards and benefits’ tab on the program page.

  2. Click on “Redeem a gift card.”

  3. Enter the amount of points you want to redeem and click on “Redeem gift card.”

  4. Once your gift card is successfully redeemed, you (the Admin) will receive an email with instructions to visit ‘Gifted’, enter the 4-digit code, and choose from available brands.

     1. The 4-digit code and the link will also be available for you on the ‘Reward and benefits’ tab under your account’s rewards program page, with the redeemed amount and the code expiration date.

     2. Make sure you choose your gift card before your code expires.

  Tip: You can choose the gift card for yourself or send it to someone else, whether it is a team member in your account or an external friend! 

• 1. Go to the ‘Rewards and benefits’ tab on the program page.

  2. Click on “Redeem a donation.”

  3. Enter the amount of points you want to redeem and click “Donate on Gifted.”

  4. Once the donation is successfully redeemed, you (the admin) will receive an email with instructions to visit ‘Gifted’, enter the 4-digit code, and confirm the charity you want to support.

     1. The 4-digit code and the link will also be available for you on the ‘Reward and benefits’ tab under your account’s rewards program page, with the redeemed amount and the code expiration date.

     2. Make sure you choose your gift card before your code expires.

• • Only admins and billing managers can redeem gift cards or use points for donations. All other team members are only able to redeem Fiverr Credits.

  • Fiverr Credits expire after 90 days. Please refer to our Payment Terms for more information.

  • Gift cards will need to be redeemed within 90 days on Gifted. 

  • Gift cards and donation options vary per country. After you redeem your points, the available options will show up based on the location you choose.

  • For hourly orders, the points will be given every week once the weekly report is approved.

  • Taxes and service fees are excluded from the points calculation.

  • Redeeming gift cards, credits, and donations is permanent. Once points are used, they can’t be added back to the account.

FAQs

• When you sign up for Fiverr Pro, you’re automatically enrolled in the program.
• Log in to Fiverr Pro and go to the rewards program page to check your tier and learn about your benefits.
• You can move up to the next tier by ordering freelancer services through Fiverr Pro and reaching the required spending level. Read more about tiers here. Keep in mind that each completed order in a calendar year counts toward your tier progress.
• You can progress in tiers by completing new orders on Fiverr Pro.
• Yes, your tier is only valid until the end of the calendar year. At that time, your tier will be downgraded if your account hasn’t reached the required annual spend for your current tier.
• Your tier will change automatically once the threshold is met and remains in effect until the end of the next calendar year. You may move to a lower tier if the threshold is not maintained by the end of that calendar year.
• Fiverr Pro account members collectively accumulate points, meaning that any action performed by any account member adds to the account's points balance. Team members inside an account cannot accumulate individual points.
• Points will appear in your account up to 24 hours after your order is marked as completed.
  
  If you're eligible for points based on referring a colleague or adding a team member, points will appear in your account up to 24 hours after they mark their first order over $100 as completed.
• If not redeemed, points will expire 24 months after they’ve been added to your account.
• Only completed orders are eligible for points and tier progression. If an order is canceled before completion, you will not be eligible for points or tier progression, and no points will be transferred to your account.
  
  If an order is canceled after it is marked as completed and the points have already been transferred to your account, the points you received for that order will be deducted from your account balance.
• Your tier will automatically show your spend in your preferred currency, calculated based on the current USD exchange rate. You can see this information on your business rewards page.
• No, redeeming credits, gift cards, or donations is permanent and cannot be undone.
