Fiverr's enhanced system provides relevant briefs, connecting you directly with high-quality clients whose projects perfectly align with your expertise.
Here's how it elevates your freelancing experience:
- Targeted visibility: Our intelligent algorithm analyzes your skills and experience, ensuring your profile reaches clients who need exactly what you offer.
- Effortless managing: Craft a compelling offer that highlights your capabilities and allows you better control over client requests.
- A streamlined workflow: The new brief system prioritizes clients whose projects are a perfect fit, saving you valuable time and energy.
How it works
- The client will submit a detailed project brief outlining their requirements and needs. An AI tool helps our clients generate clear, structured briefs that ensure you understand their needs and expectations.
- Each brief is carefully selected to match your expertise, pricing, and profession. As one of only a few freelancers who receive these briefs, consider creating a great offer to help you stand out.
You'll receive the brief in the following ways:
- The "Briefs" page under the "Your matches״ tab
- Via email
- In-app notification
Tip: You can easily see how many other freelancers have submitted offers for a particular brief.
Note: For high-value projects, a dedicated Fiverr Pro representative will personally oversee the brief and support freelancers and clients to ensure a perfect fit.
-
Review the request and choose "Create an offer" if you're interested, or "Not Interested" if you'd prefer to pass. If you have questions about the brief or require more information to create a custom offer, click ‘Ask questions.’ Remember that declining a brief will not impact your metrics.
- Before submitting an offer, we encourage you to carefully review the brief and client information.
- When responding to a brief, you'll need to add an introduction to your response. We recommend that you describe your relevant past experience and provide any other information that would help clients make a decision.
- When creating a custom offer, choose how you want to get paid (recommended):
- Single payment: Receive full payment after each completed order.
- Subscription: Get automatic recurring payments after each completed order.
- Milestones: Receive payment in stages, after completing specific project milestones.
- Hourly: Get paid weekly for the hours you work, offering flexibility.
- After sending the response, you will be able to track the response status on the Responses sent tab and when the client accepts your offer, you will be notified via email.
- Delivering and completing an order.
Tips and best practices
- To maximize client impact, craft offers directly addressing each brief's specific needs. Avoid using generic templates to ensure each response is more personalized.
- Make sure to carefully review and read through each brief.
- If you find the briefs are not relevant, you can decline them. This will not hurt the process of the briefs you are receiving but will rather help improve your matches.
- You will be able to adjust your notification preferences to your comfort level. When answering with "ask questions," buyers expect to receive specific questions related to the brief.
