Leverage the power of Fiverr's advanced technology to seamlessly connect with top-tier freelancers who are aligned with your specific needs and can help drive your project's success.
Fiverr’s new brief creation process helps you generate a professional project brief with the help of AI, and is designed to ensure your project goals and requirements are clearly conveyed.
Simply post your project brief and get tailored offers from relevant freelancers delivered to you. Review your offers, make your choice, and get the results you need.
How it works
1. Posting your brief
- Write a short description of your project and include your timeline and budget.
For example: I need to build an e-commerce website for our new product line, it should include the updated company branding. My budget is $1,200 and I need this to be completed in 4 weeks.
- Click on “Generate brief” and your description will be converted into a professional brief with the help of AI.
- Review your brief and consider adding additional details based on your category (e.g., website types for website design).
- Click on “Post your brief” to submit your request.
2. Sharing your brief with freelancers
We’ll find the top relevant freelancers who fit your brief’s description, requirements, and budget range, and we’ll share the brief with them.
Additionally, qualifying briefs will be reviewed by a dedicated Pro expert to ensure you’ll get offers from leading freelancers.
Please note that with projects of certain scopes and budgets, you'll need to manually invite freelancers to your brief. This means you'll receive a curated list of freelancers that meet your brief's requirements, and send your brief to anyone from that list (see how to invite freelancers).
How to invite freelancers
- After you’re presented with a curated list of qualified freelancers, you'll be able to view them on the "Invite freelancers" tab of your briefs page.
- You can view the freelancer's profile for details on their past work and relevant skills.
- If you'd like to work with the freelancer, click "Send invitation" to request an offer.
- Once you invite a freelancer, the freelancer will receive your invitation and submit their offer.
Note: We recommend inviting several freelancers from your curated list. This will increase the chances of getting more tailored offers and finding the right freelancer faster.
3. Receiving offers
All offers will arrive in the "Offers" tab for your review and you will be able to easily compare and choose from offers in one designated space.
Clicking "View offer" lets you review the details of each offer and contact the freelancer if you have any additional questions.
Note: Some freelancers may require additional details to be able to personalize the offer to your needs. In that case, you can review their questions and reply by contacting the freelancer directly from the offer page.
4. Hiring freelancers
- Once you choose an offer that suits your needs, you can accept it directly from the offer page.
- After you have accepted an offer from the freelancer of your choice, you can start working on the project.
- After a successful project, mark your order as completed.
Note: You can hire more than one freelancer for your project by accepting multiple offers.
How to view your briefs
After creating project briefs, you'll find them on the 'Briefs' page, where you can review their status and create new briefs.

Status | This will display the status of each brief; live, inactive, hired, rejected, no invites sent. |
Summary | This will show you the amount of offers you’ve received for that particular brief, including those that you’ve hired to work on that project. |

How does this feature differ from Fiverr Neo?
Both services are designed to help clients connect with the ideal freelancers who possess the right services for specific projects.

When you post a project brief, AI helps refine your brief and after it’s posted, we create a shortlist of freelancers based on your brief’s description, requirements, and budget - and deliver tailored offers from relevant freelancers right to you. All you have to do is evaluate the offers and choose the best fit for you.

After you receive a curated list of qualified freelancers, you can invite up to 35 freelancers from the list to a single brief.
