Important: To maintain access to the Essential plan, accounts are required to order services worth a total of $1,000+ annually. For more details on our Fiverr Pro plans, see our plans page.

 

Plan details

  1. Essential plan:

    • The Essential plan does not require a monthly or annual subscription.

    • Your access begins on the activation date and lasts for one year unless you order services throughout the year totaling over $1,000. For example, if you activate the plan on March 1, 2025, it will expire on March 1, 2026.

    • Your account will automatically renew for another year, every year on the Essential plan when reaching this order value.

      1. If you do not order services worth $1,000 each year, your access will end. The account admin will then have the option to upgrade to the Advanced plan or switch to Fiverr.

  2. Advanced plan:

    • The Advanced plan does require a monthly subscription fee of $129 a month (plus applicable taxes).

    • Upgrade your plan at any time by selecting 'Upgrade' on the 'Plans and pricing' page and subscribing. 

    • Your subscription auto-renews monthly. You can also cancel at any time.

Add-on services

The following are available for all plans, but the cost varies depending on your subscription:

Recurring payments

You'll be billed monthly. If you subscribed on the 15th, your next payment will be due on the 15th of the following month.

 

Switch to Fiverr

Switching to Fiverr means you'll no longer be required to maintain a yearly spend, as you would with Fiverr Pro Essential. You can easily upgrade back to Fiverr Pro at any time.

Before you switch:

  • Ensure you have no active orders on your team account.

What happens when you switch: 

  • All team members will be deactivated when the account admin switches over.
  • Any Pro account credits will be lost upon switching. However, they'll be restored if you upgrade to Pro again.
  • Your order history and messages will remain accessible on Fiverr.
  • If you were subscribed to the Advanced plan, cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund based on the time you used the plan. 
  • You'll lose access to all premium features. 
    1. Go to your Administration page, and click on “Account plan”. 

    2. Select the “Switch plan” button. 

    3. In the "Plans and pricing" page, select "Switch" in the Fiverr plan column.

    4. Confirm switch.
    5. Choose a reason you’re leaving (optional). 

    1. As an admin of a managed account, click "Contact us to switch" and then a pop-up will appear. You'll then have the option to:

      1. Schedule a meeting with your Success manager.

      2. Send a message explaining your reasons for downgrading.

    2. Your Success manager will respond within one business day, either via message or by scheduling a call.

    3. Following the call or chat, your Success Manager will take one of the following actions:

      1. If after further discussion, you decide to continue with your plan, your account will remain active on Fiverr Pro.

      2. If after further discussion, it is still decided to switch, your account will revert to Fiverr.

        1. Next time you log in, you'll be redirected to Fiverr.

FAQs

  • Any account member can activate Fiverr Pro Essential. This simply depends on who was the first account member who accessed Fiverr Pro after the plan was launched.
  • Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. You will receive a refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. Your account balance and remaining plan fees will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. The cancellation is immediate and you will no longer have access to any of the plan’s features.
  • No, members cannot directly subscribe to the Advanced plan. Only an admin or billing manager can subscribe. However, you can request a plan from an admin by explaining why you need it. The admin will receive an email with your request.
  • You cannot switch your account from Fiverr Pro to Fiverr without the approval of your account admin. Please reach out to them to discuss your request.
  • No, your Fiverr balance cannot be used to subscribe to a plan. This must be done by an admin or billing manager. Additionally, the Fiverr Pro plans cannot be paid for with Fiverr credits or coupons.
  • No, the original payment method for the current plan cannot be changed directly. To use a different payment method, the current plan must be canceled. Then, a new plan can be created using the desired payment method.
  • Any user in your account can request an upgrade by sending a request through the platform. You, as the admin or billing manager, will receive this request via email.
  • No, you cannot purchase the Essential plan.
