What is an AI Personal Assistant?

This AI-powered Personal Assistant learns from freelancers' past communications, services, ratings, and seller profile to provide intelligent chat. It helps streamline workflows, improve response times, and ensures clients receive prompt attention, even when the freelancer is unavailable.

How it works

The client can start chatting with the personal assistant via various entry points (Gig/Profession page or the freelancer/agency page).

Keep in mind that you will be made aware that you are interacting with an AI tool. Your interactions with the AI Personal Assistant, will be accompanied with a "Powered by AI" badge and separate indicators for the assistant's avatar and name within the inbox.

1. Click on the chat bubble or the "Contact me" button within the page to open up the personal assistant.
2. The Personal Assistant will introduce itself.

3. You will be able to send only one message at a time. There is a max of 2,500 characters in the text field. 

   1. The Personal Assistant cannot analyze files, but can pass the files to the freelancer for reference.

   Note: You can ask to speak with the freelancer during any time of the conversation or you can ask the Personal Assistant directly any questions about the freelancer’s work (work samples, services, reviews, etc.)
